Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns

Our refund policy is 7 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 50 percent of your original order not including tax or shipping charges.  There is no refund on tax or shipping charges as we have already paid the prospective localities and vendors for their portions of your transaction.The reason we charge a restocking charge is to cover the costs of administration, labor, etc. to handle your return  The reason we do this is because our margins are very low to remain competitive

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The following reason(s) for returns are not accepted and will be rejected. 

"The part won't fit or does not look the same"  If there is a question regarding the size of some portion of a part, please email us before placing your order. 

"I found it cheaper somewhere else"  Does this need further explanation? 

"I changed my mind"  We are sorry, but please be certain prior to placing your order. 

"The color does not match or is a shade off"  Due to age/sun fade this is a normally occurring phenomenon and is not justification for a return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@DoorandWindowPart.com and we will instruct you further on the next steps that you will need to follow.

Shipping

Our products are shipped as soon as possible using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS. To return your product please contact customer service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on any item(s) that you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
